My wife and I stayed at Ama-Lurra Resort for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of perfect. The villa was incredibly luxurious, probably the best on the island. It's located in a quiet area, yet still close to everything we wanted to see and do. The peace and quiet at night were exactly what we needed for a restful stay. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly pampered. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options. This place is simply heaven on earth, and the price is surprisingly reasonable for the experience. Highly recommend! Best hotel we stayed on during our honeymoon!

I stumbled into Santorini Greek Restaurant & Resort on a whim—a last-minute booking after hauling myself down from Mount Rinjani’s brutal, soul-shaking climb. Two nights turned into five, then 7, because this place grabs you by the heart and doesn’t let go. I’ve already rebooked to drag my husband here later this year, though right now he’s stewing back home, irritated I’ve gone rogue for nearly a week. Let him stew. The island’s no-car rule is liberation on two wheels. Nights end at the Monkey Bar, where techno pulses through the palms and Europeans dance barefoot on the sand, long since surrendered to Gili’s rhythm. It’s equal parts dive bar and transcendence—chaos with a better view. The resort itself? Understated cool. The Greek Quarter glows under a curtain of blue lights, a secret you feel lucky to stumble upon. Candlelit dinners blur out the world’s static. Sunrises hit like a shot of ouzo—sharp, undeniable. Afternoons dissolve in sleep, the ocean whispering against the minimalist calm of the room. And the food—soulful Greek plates served without pretension, perfect with a cold Bintang and a horizon that stretches forever. The staff run the joint with precision, steering clear of island chaos while keeping you close enough to wander into it if you crave noise. The room? A sanctuary. Minimalist chic with ocean views that demand you ditch baggage, literal and emotional. I raided the boutique—light dresses, breezy and unburdened—and made them my uniform. No clutter, no noise, just a curated life for this island state of mind. The private spa-pool on the balcony doubled as a YouTube stage, perfect for nursing Rinjani-wrecked muscles and telling stories nobody asked for but everyone listens to anyway.

We had an excellent stay at the resort We got upgraded for our honeymoon which we really appreciated The resort was beautiful Quiet side of the island which suited us perfect The morning yoga offering was lovely We had a noisy neighbour the first night and the hotel were accommodating in resolving the issue for us the next day offering to move room The manager was very kind in helping us also when my husband was unwell 10/10 would recommend to anyone

The best, most quality, most relaxing time in Lombok. The hotel staff is very helpful, in contact with each other, there were never any misunderstandings when communicating, everything went smoothly. The villas are luxurious, spacious, wonderfully comfortable and large bed, perfectly working air conditioning, the bathroom / shower area is very spacious, equipped with the most necessary amenities, kimono and other stuff. Private pool - 10/10 - large, clean, extremely pleasant for swimming. The hotel area is well-maintained, palm trees everywhere, a space where you can lie in a hammock and listen to the sound of the sea. The beach by the sea is extremely beautifully arranged, the sun loungers are comfortable, there is an opportunity to order food or drinks right by the sea, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant - 10/10 - the food is incredibly delicious, large portions, professional service, friendly, caring staff. We ate the most delicious snacks, drank the most delicious cocktails, and the breakfast won our hearts - a very wide selection (from eggs benedict to their own granola with yogurt and fruit). After our visit to Lombok, we traveled to Gili Trawangan - the hotel organized a private fast boat to the island, we didn't have to travel to the port ourselves, we left from the hotel beach. Everything was unreal, thank you, we recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We keep you in our memories
