We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. A beautiful property with a super convenient location. Room service was super quick, staff was very attentive. They even packed me breakfast at 4am just before my flight. The room was spacious, the pool and outdoor space was well decorated, and the staff was great at English so there were no communication barriers. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic! Found it after leaving another hotel in the area due to be being so disappointed. The staff was absolutely the best we have experienced. They were always there to help and were very friendly. The room was beautiful with a view of the volcano. The pools were huge. The food was great and the restaurant was really nice. The front desk helped us get a driver that worked out great. All in all this was a great hotel. The best part was that we were nearly alone for most of our stay!

This hotel will be a good choice for people who plan to visit Yogyakarta surroundings - getting to the city center takes a lot of time, but it is situated on the main road which leads outside of the city. The personnel was nice and professional, room was clean and had comfort beds. They also have a pool and restaurant on 8th floor with city panorama.
