We like this hotel as they represent the luxurious of five stars in Jogja. Like most 5-star hotels, they provide M Club service in the afternoon, serving a variety of delicious sandwiches, bread, tea, coffee, juice and wine. They serve on 6 - 9 pm.
What we like about this hotel is the large gym, boxing, cardio and weight training. Another interesting area is a path for walking around the pool, dining room, children's playground, quite a distance if you want to do walking.

From check in to checkout we had 5 star service, the staff went above and beyond! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! There was so much to choose from but my husband just wondered to a staff member if there was beef rendang somewhere, next minute he was being told the chef would personally slow cook rendang until we came in the next morning! It was the best he’s ever had! Dyarna (I’m sorry if wrong spelling !) in the restaurant was fantastic with her English explanations- we will not stay anywhere else ☺️

For a large hotel, service, facilities and amenities present nothing to complain about or find fault with, as you'd expect from a five star chain. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, even by five star standards.

5 star service. Peaceful location. Simple but yummy home cooked food. Loved the fresh fruit and juices and Dutch toast. Driver is really helpful. Kids loved the private pool and cats.

The hotel itself is nice, the breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool as well. For being a five stars hotel maybe needs some renovation work especially for the bathroom. But overall we enjoyed our stayed considering Java standards.

It's excellent value for money. Don't expect 5 stars - it might used to be 5, but not anymore, it's dated, and could use a lift-up - but still, it's a comfortable, large room and in 10-15 minute walk to Malioboro.
The restaurant serves decent food, and prices are on the upper side but not crazy. Nice swimming pool and gym. Efficient reception 24/7. Stayed 4 nights and was very satisfied. Lots of Europeans come here.
