The location is great, just few minutes walk to the square , but very calm , they gave us a great suite as a free upgrade, we felt very special . Beautiful view from the terrace for breakfast , service was really 5 star, very boutique and personal. My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.
