Promenade hotel is the best hotel ever built in Riccione. The hotel it made my stay wonderful. all services and housekeeping at high level. breakfast was excellent by Gabriel. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel constructed at the beginning of the 20th century. We liked everything, including the location (right overlooking the beach/sea), the grandeur of the downstairs lobby and restaurants and the room(s). We were especially impressed with helpfulness and professionalism of the reception staff, especially Lumi who could not have been more helpful and was instrumental in getting us an upgrade. We very much hope to return one day!
