This was my second stay.
The hotel location is very central. The rooms are comfortable and clean. With the only exception of a female waitress at breakfast, the staff was friendly and well trained, especially the male staff serving at the tables.
Please keep in mind the hotel category is 5 stars and not 5 stars + luxury. This means the hotel standards are very good but they don’t provide any services or attention typical of luxury hotels. This is not a negative pointer, just something to be aware of if you are used to 5L hotels.
