Coming from the luxury hotel industry myself, I can say Amir was outstanding. He provided personalized service and made our stay unforgettable. I really did like the staff, they were so welcoming and cooperative. Alaa Shishani, Mustafa, Nour, Ismail, and Naser were so nice to me and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you all. The hotel and the rooms were so clean. The breakfast buffet was so good. Also the cateres were super nice.
