Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. This was an extraordinary and impressive act the way she cared for their hotel guests. We have travelled 84 countries so far and have not seen this kind of commitment by any hotel staff !

I had a fantastic experience at Rahat Palace Hotel.
