I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Areas to relax and just spend some time enjoying the garden in the central swimming pool area, the restaurants and specially the Indian restaurant in the rooftop. Perfect hospitality! Staff were very helpful at any point. Exceptional! The room was absolutely gorgeous, as is the entire building. Beautifully decorated but also clearly meticulously clean. Staff are truly wonderful and kind. Very hard working and they clearly put in so much effort to ensure we had a good experience. Also - the food we were given was delicious. We will definitely be back to Marrakech as we love it, and when we do we’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend.

We had an unforgettable stay in Marrakech, and Riad Louhou made it even more special. The riad is absolutely beautiful, perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Medina and the two palaces. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was spotless, and the team working there went above and beyond with their kindness and generosity. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and they even prepared it for us when we had very early departures for excursions and our flight—such a thoughtful gesture. Every detail was arranged with great care, making us feel truly welcome. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our first trip to Morocco. We are so happy we stayed here and will definitely return on our next visit.

The property is amazing! Although you are in the centre of Marrakech, We felt like completely outside of rush, business and noise! Beatifull rooms, amazing terrace and restaurants! So individual approach! Staff gets 10/10! We were left so impressed that none of the other hotels can ever beat this! Hotel staff came to meet us at the taxi and helped getting inside! Noone from aside can get into the Riad without getting pass Reception- as they are the ones opening the doot to each guest! they offer excursion through the Hotel introducing to all public areas! you can choose where you would like to have your breakfast and/or dinner! speacess!!!!

Amazing hotel, property and staff. I am hugely thankful for the whole team, from housekeeping ( such a lovely man who was doing the evening service), the room service who were delightful and so helpful and kind (for in room breakfast), the staff at the pool restaurant, Abderrazak is a gem! Choukran besaf à tous. I had the most amazing oriental service with the most lovely masseuse. Food and drinks excellent! Front desk and concierge super efficient as well as the baggage team! What I liked the most, beside the whole staff, was the great swimming pool, the gardens, lovely trees, golf course and the leisure and sports center. We will be back !
