WoW WoW WoW! What an Amazing experience at the Sana Hotel, on the most amazing Beach in Tulum! 🤩 with Unbelievable Rooftop Pool! Heated pool! 😍 Very special Moroccan Design! Everything is completely new! And luxurious. The staff was making sure we having a great time for our entire stay. Very welcoming feeling from the moment we entered the Hotel. Every aspect of my visit was nothing short of perfect.From the moment we arrived, Fernando and Jay ensured a seamless check-in process, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Leo's attentive service throughout our time there was exemplary, always going above and beyond to cater to our needs and preferences. The efforts of Julian (explaining Vardı) and Eddy did not go unnoticed; their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The facilities were impeccable, the culinary experiences at Bardo and Milam were outstanding, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the service truly exceeded our expectations.

We liked everything about our stay at the Kimpton Aluna in Tulum. The staff were excellent, always very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the meals we had in both restaurants. All the food served was delicious and high quality. The Social Hour was great and very social, we met and chatted with many of the other guests. Call out to the concierge Eduardo, he gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants for dinner and beach clubs. It's a wonderful property, well kept, with great pools and lovely spacious rooms.

its away from busy tulum beach / hotel area but only 10 mins drive. we stayed at una vida, but full access to all Bardos facilities and experiences such as yoga and the temazcal, which was out of this world experience. our shaman emilio was amazing and we are greatful for the experience we had. before even arriving to the hotel, we were contacted easily via WhatsApp to make our stay the best, incl ATV booking, transfer from airport etc. we were met by the best staff we could imagine, Jonathan, Julian and Priscila 🙏🏼❤️ Thanks to them for making our stay unforgettable. also at the breakfast we had the pleasure of being served by Alan and Leonardo who was fun and had our back every morning and drinks at the pool 🙏🏼 we are both well travelled and this is absolutely one pearl not to miss out on for couples.
