Jeet the Customer Service manager was super helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do and even booked various things for us. The grounds of the resort are beatifully set amongst water, trees and dense greenery everywhere. Our room had a lovely outside decked area with a jacuzzi and was big and spacious. You will have no problems finding Grab to get to the city and also food deliveries are allowed (ie. you can meet the delivery rider in the lobby and don't need to go to the gate like some other hotels handling it).
