We stayed for six nights and were immediately upgraded to a suite. When we told that it was our honeymoon they surprised us with a cake and best wishes in our room. In general the staff at the reception were very helpful in every way. Their breakfast was just awesome and the staff there was extraordinary serviceminded. We arrived at 7am, many hours before check in, but our room was ready. They allowed us to enter the room over 7 hours before check in which was a great start to the trip. The staff were kind and engaging and helpful. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. We loved going to the cute and equipped gym in the morning before a big day in the city. Right in the heart of Istanbul, this is certainly a hotel we will stay at time and time again. The roof top bar was sensational - the views and drinks and vibes were immaculate (make sure to order a margarita). Will definitely stay here again 😄
