Free WiFi access is provided. It's simply wonderful. Best location in front of the canal, we had a room with a view to see the sunrise, the mountains and the peace of the water. We had a big room with enough space for our luggage. Comfy and with all the amenities expected. We had a Spa afternoon with massage and jacuzzi, all amazing, great care of details. The concierge supported us with a couple of tour's arrangements and was perfect. 1000% recommended. I want to move and live in the hotel! 😆 Breakfast was abundant and delicious, views amazing and people kind and attentive. Shuttle service to the city and to the airport was perfect as well. Our guides during navigation and the national park were amazing, very knowledgeable, and we loved all the food and snacks we had!

We got an upgrade to the Penthouse Suite and that was outstanding! It was a very spacious and beautiful room, jacuzzi in the bathroom and always nice and warm. The staff was very polite and helpful and the Manager of the breakfast was just too sweet. Would highly recommend this hotel! Bravo!

using the taxi is the best way for arriving this hotel, since that it is located in the hill. staff are friendly,and the room itself looks like 5 star hotel to me. I would like to recommend this hotel for all the tourists as well as people who come from Taiwan. The breakfast is nice and decent. Bringing your own slipper is suggested during your stay in any hotel of Ushuaia.

I liked how clean and comfortable it was. I had really bad jetlag when I arrived. The apartment was quiet and private and an ideal place to sleep. Claudio was a magnificent host. I returned after my trip to Antarctica and I was sick. He organised a visiting doctor who really fixed me up. Claudio went and got my prescription filled.
