Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay is located in Sanya, about 15 minutes' drive from Sanya Phoenix airport. It offers business venue, a swimming pool, kids' club, fitness centre and a self-service laundry service. Free WiFi is covered in all areas and guests can enjoy free parking. Room is large and very comfortable with far view of the sea. Able to see sunrise. Breakfast is excellent. Seek assistance for our luggage and urgent laundry. Staff attended to our requests immediately. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, ready to provide us the travel info around. Staff greet guests as they move around the hotel. Even the room cleaning staff serve with pride. Location is good convenient to travel to various places of attraction plus eateries within walking distance. It has a library which is cosy and consists the books of my choice, best one in a hotel I have seen.

Living room and dining areas can all be found in the spacious apartments with ocean view and 8 villas. Great hotel with great facilities especially for families with children. The service - a special thanks to Eva - was outstanding and we had a very pleasant stay at Pullman. The breakfast variety was more than sufficient and the hotel restaurants have a very good quality.

There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money.
