From the very helpful receptionists and stuff to the size of the room and the confort of the beds. Location was perfect. Breakfast abundant and superseding our expectation. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Located in a Hutong with quiet streets, but not far from areas full of nice restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful in arranging bookings at nearby restaurants for us, and they spoke good English! The room was very large and comfortable, with a bathtub, good AC, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a very nice breakfast, and a small pool upstairs which is good to hang out and look at the skyline after visiting the city.

It has a very homely feeling especially in the common area. The rooms were very well designed -- plugs where you need them, hairdryer, slippers, sufficiently furnished bathroom, hooks to hang clothing, chairs and good amount of space. It's a very pleasant stay. Laundry machines were very good quality too, and the coffee machine was decent. There's a cafe at the lobby which sells really good coffee. A little far from the train station but not too bad still!

A daylight-filled heated indoor pool is connected to a garden. Facility was nice, large size room, all the kits were properly provided, nice staff, English was pretty much acceptable, but little bit of Mandarin would be helpful.
