It's really close to the Terminals and you have everything you need to get a good rest after or before a flight. Everything was perfect for this purpose.

Every detail feels like a gift, from the smell to the materials used in the decoration. The food is delicious and plentiful and the staff always want to help. The location is great, two blocks away from the pedestrian bund street. They offer plenty of complimentary services- laundy, yoga room, late night dinner, mini bar… We absolutely loved staying here, it felt like an oasis in the city.

The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!
