Private parking is free. The hotel is directly across from the main square and we could watch life go by from our window. The room was large with a small kitchen in a separate room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied and had a rushing waterfall feature.

With parking underneath the hotel - what it is a plus. We only stayed one night, as we booked the place mid way between the Termas and Pereira airport.

The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four days and three nights—and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! A special highlight was the massage experience with Gloria and Jeraldine. They were so good, we booked another session right away! We also joined the hotel’s tour to Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. Due to Holy Week traffic, it took around two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. In Cocora, we rode horses up the mountain for COP 240,000 for two—definitely one of the best moments of our trip. Harry, our driver from the hotel, was great. The next day, we did the coffee tour at La Divisa de San Juan with an English-speaking guide, Anderson, who explained everything really well. Anderson can also go with you to Cocora and other places, if you need a tour guide in english. Just ask the hotel.
