This was our last stop on our three week trip through Costa Rica and ended up being our favorite place. La quebrada lodge is just beautiful and the huge pool in the middle is awesome. Everyone is so welcoming and rooms are large and super clean. We ended up ordering breakfast from Maria every morning which was very tasty and plentiful.

Offering a restaurant, Azul Hotel & Retreat is located in the beachfront area of Playa Azul. Free Wi-Fi access is available, as well as free breakfast service. incredible relaxed staff .. everyone seems to enjoy to work there .. good atmosphere … good location … breakfast is mediocre - mostly american middle class customers

The Mexican restaurant is really good. The staff made our stay unforgettable: yoga with Dominique was great — she’s super kind, attentive, and always there if you need anything. Christian gave us great tips on places to visit, and Juanca gave us such a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

The rooms are extremely clean and nice, with AC and fridge. The shower is amazing ! There is a nice chilling area, a bar and a restaurant. The pool was our favorite place to be to cool down a bit when the sun hits too strong, it is huge, perfect temperature, good mix of shadow and sun. Ideal to swim or just as I did, read a book :) The place is nicely located, not in the heart of the hotel area, so it is quiet and peaceful, we had great nights there. There is a french bakery next to the hotel, serving delicious pastries and bread. Brandon and his mother are the nicest hosts you can hope for, they are flexible, easy to reach out to and will always do their best to make your stay nice. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, we ended up staying 4. We loved it here !

Located directly on the sands of Tamarindo Beach, Ocho Artisan Bungalows offers a unique and intimate boutique stay with handcrafted design, luxurious comfort, and unbeatable beachfront access. The staff and location at Ocho Bungalows are excellent. The property is located directly on the beach with walking to everything in Tamarindo. Jose, Sebastian and Miguel were very attentive, as well as all employees at the resort. We ate most of our meals at the resort, and the food is very good. There is a small private pool with a view of the beach, which was very relaxing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. This is a very unique and special boutique resort.

Located right on Playa Hermosa Beach, this boutique hotel offers an outdoor pool and hot tub, tropical gardens and a gourmet restaurant. rooms where nice and clean, the beach beautiful!!! the hotel structure was very pretty. i love the bar up on the 2nd floor beachfront view:) sunsets were amazing!!!
