They went out of their way to make it my home away from home! Pool attendance was super relaxed with staff catering for all your needs. I'll not think twice about staying again!

Rooms and suites are comfortably furnished and include private, furnished balconies with views of the garden. Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Luxurious and relaxing two-night stay here. Facilities were clean. Pool in particular was lovely. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Luxor.

I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. All the rooms and suites at Al Moudira are individually designed and fitted with antique furniture, featuring a unique traditional oriental décor. Each is equipped with a satellite TV, a minibar and a telephone. The suites include a spacious lounge. This is a perfect hotel - World class! All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool and multiple restaurants all serving fabulous food. They even packed us takeaway breakfast because we were checking out before 6am. Definitely book this hotel if you can - we can’t wait to return!

Restaurant of the property is serves delirious meals. From the start to finish our tour and stay at the property was flawlessly perfect. The property staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.

The staff were amazing - John the managers was brilliant the restaurant manager was fantastic and the two cabin attendants were so excited about their nightly towel art that they stayed to watch your reaction. Boat is very comfortable food was really good

Each room is equipped with satellite flat-screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, a safe, minibar and hairdryer. The rooms offer views ranging from the Nile, the gardens and surrounding countryside. I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.
