We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and they pulled out all the stops. Nothing was too much for them, breakfast was lovely, room service for dinner was very yummy! Room was modern and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities too and got a great offer for a full body massage and head massage which was amazing!! The pool facilities and sun beds were very comfortable and always plenty of space! The location is good, if you are up for walking it’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. It was very warm but we enjoyed stretching our legs. The hotel were able to help us book taxis to get to all of the sites and were on hand whilst we were out and about if we needed help to get back. Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort offers a children's playground. You can play table tennis at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Wow wow great food and lovely highly trained catering staff they make feel really at home.

I don’t know where to start, because everything was above my expectations, really. I was here with my wife for our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights. It was not enough, we would have wanted to stay longer. The room was big and clean. The bed was super great and we got good quality sleep. We stayed at the -5 floor were are the rooms that have a small private pool and access to the big public pool. From the big pool you can access the jacuzzi too. The staff goes over the top to make sure that you have an amazing stay. They also have a spa facility on their premises that offer very relaxing massages. We were in the spa two times during our short stay. We will come back next year, for sure
