It offers elegant air-conditioned rooms, the AA Rosette winner Yew Tree Restaurant, and Major Colgan's Gastropub. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. The room had enough space to move around freely. It was also decorated in a luxurious manner. The location itself is great with peacefulness all around. The restaurant served great food.

You can play tennis at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for fishing and cycling. Breakfast was beautiful, the staff were so polite,and helpful. Food was beautiful, really loved the buffet. Such a varied selection of everything.

Perfect location, beautiful building, incredible staff (friendly, helpful and efficient). I stay in 75+ hotels a year and this one is in the top few. Breakfast is nicely presented, delicious and fast. Staff are very attentive. No negatives at all. Concierge is top notch.

I really enjoyed my visit to the spa — the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the treatment itself was excellent, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The setting overlooking the lakes is also truly special, which added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would return again for another short getaway.

The Grand Salon known for its natural light, generous double height ceilings, views over Lough Atalia and the much photographed bespoke mirrored lighting installation by lighting designer Tom Dixon. The design team from GW Design wanted to maintain the chic and elegant atmosphere of the grand salon and for the room to have a feeling of subtle sophistication. A new jewel like cocktail bar, with a dramatic mirrored back bar display reflects the view of the Lough and the lighting installation. A palette of luxurious leathers and textured fabrics, in soft taupes, greys with hints of plums, create a warm and relaxing backdrop to enjoy afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink. Dining optioons were exceptional. The spa offerings were vast. The bathroom showers and other room amenities were excellent.The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant services were top tier.
