Beautiful hotel, room was very spacious with breathtaking view of the lake. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Definitely the best hotel I stayed in northen Italy.

Set on the shores of Lake Maggiore, Villa e Palazzo Aminta offers a luxurious wellness centre, a private garden on the lake, and an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Borromean Islands. The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

Only good things to say about this place: the building, the grounds, the decor, the food. Above all, the people - staff in all areas of the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, and made our trip very special.
