Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

Open for dinner, the on-site restaurant serves traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, while the bistrot offers à la carte options all day long. You can also enjoy a cocktail at the bar, that overlooks the climbing wall. We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

All off them made our stay a wonderful one

This hotel is indeed exceptional , beautifully designed, staff were attentive and very helpful specially Federica the Deputy Manager, rooms are super clean and modern, the spa is the best, the restaurant offers delicious Michelin star quality, it's simply the best. Highly recommended for personal escape, Or a corporate off site event.

Rooms offer free WiFi and a 1200-m² wellness centre is available for free. This is a very beautiful property and the location is incredibly beautiful with superb Mountain View’s. The staff are exceptional - there is nothing that they cannot arrange for their guests. Two members of the staff deserve special mention, Claudia and Sophie.

Beautiful location, with great views on the mountains. Incredible staff, very good restaurant. Nice spa. The staff really tries to accommodate any need you may have and was super helpful in many instances making our experience smooth and super pleasant.
