The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. OMG the rooms are unreal. We got upgraded to the new suites in the new aisle and they're unreal. By far the best rooms we've had in Sri Lanka. They're totally stunning. They also have beautiful views. Super highly recommended!

Very accomodating, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful modern villa, set in a jungle like environment with nice views. The villa also offers a large and clean pool. Inoka the host suggested interesting sightseeing spots and her husband drove me to some locations around the area. I felt very welcome and safe travelling alone. The rooms are fantastic!Very nicely furnished, clean to a high standard, the bed comfortable and some rooms have a balcony. There is a elegant dining and living room area one may use with coffee and tea making facilities. My best stay in Sri Lanka so far and I highly recommend it. Ah, and not to forget the tasty food, I had dinner and breakfast here and it was so good. Inoka finally took me to the local bus station to make sure of a safe departure. Thanks again for everything!

I definately will come back. キャンディで宿泊したいと思い、Booking.comで偶然見つけて予約したのですが、本当に本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 ホテルというよりもオーベルジュに近いかもしれません。ミシュラン級の素晴らしい食事は、ここ数年食べたものの中で一番美味しかった気がします。特にベジタリアン食とスリランカ食が美味しいです。Green beansのサラダは特に絶品でした。朝食のホッパーも驚く美味しさ！ スタッフの方は誰もがとても丁寧で親切、ジャングルの中に隠された地区100年の建物は美しく、中のアートも素敵、オーナーDavidさんの趣味の音楽も素敵、何もかもが100点満点を大きく超えてきます。 キャンディからは少し距離がありますが、それでも最高の宿泊が出来ます。1泊何十万円のホテルよりも素晴らしいです。 また必ず宿泊したいです。

2016年にオープンしたSantani Wellness Kandyは、サービスレベル、料理、スパなどで数々の国際的な称賛を受けています。... Beautiful and serene location, perfect to disconnect and recharge. I was traveling with my husband and we live in a big city so it was a perfect escape for both of us. We enjoyed yoga, nature walk which is included in the room rate. The food was absolutely outstanding, including taste and plate presentation. Every staff member is exceptional. We travel a lot and have stayed in many 5* properties but this was one of our favorite ones.

We went in at a low season, we were the only guest. Had the whole place by ourselves if was amazing. The staff was very hospitable, friendly and chef was amazing, they really made us feel like home. The infinity pool made the best pictures and we can watch sun rise and sun set at the property, it was so amazing!!
