Search five-star hotels in North Male Atoll

The staff is super friendly, special thanks to the chefs, their small talks made the day. The food was very delicious, and FB was more than enough for us. Highly recommend doing yoga and taking a half day snorkling trip. The location is superb, and we really liked the concept of an 18+ zone.

The reef, the snorkelling - turtle paradise, dolphins off the reef, crystal clear water, excellent staff - polite, helpful, extremely accomodating, the brilliant food/cuisine headed by Maldivian Chef Satheeh, especially the buffet at The Spice, the water villas - private, they provide beach slippers, raincoat, umbrellas, life vest and bag, along with being well designed, environmentally friendly, are all worthy of 5 stars. The best resort of the 10 Maldivian resorts we've been to.

Ali, the owner, and the on site property managers, Fahim and Arahd, take excellent care of their guests. You feel you can ask them anything and they will try their best to accommodate you the best they can. Social vibe in the guesthouse. Delicious freshly made breakfast. Good location. Clean room. It's a guesthouse in the Maldives so don't expect a 5 star hotel or resort, but do expect a great accommodation with lovely hosts. Highly recommend.

The guest house and rooms were very clean. The breakfasts were very tasty, well presented and very filling. The outstanding feature was the staff. Sanjay ( manager ), Ruwan ( chef ), Kalana and Sajith were exceptional in every aspect, exceeding our expectations in everything and they went over and beyond the call of duty to make our stay very enjoyable. Ruwan always obliged with our culinary requests and his cuisine was fantastic. Without doubt it is all the staff that made this stay memorable.

Price relatively low compared to the average 5 stars resort in Maldives, however I do not believe this can be classified as a 5 stars resort. Pick up guy at the airport very friendly. Snorkeling ok even if the reef is mostly dead (also due to the tourists walking over the corals)

Courtyard is simply the best. The staff is delicious, happy to help anytime and they offer a five star service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and I do recommend eating or dining in. The chef is wonderful, the girls at the reception and the whole staff made the holidays above all expectations. A special thanks to Ali, the best host, who made our holidays SPECTACULAR. The hotel offers pick-ups from airport, harbours and the best prices in trips and excursions. Simply AMAZINg!

Hats off Makunudu is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, better than tons of 5 star hotels! And miles away better than Summer Island just next to it. The personnel, customer focused enabled by only having 36 rooms but not being boring, the food is outstanding.
