Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

All four A'la Carte restaurants were very good, we especially enjoyed the Eastern and Western cuisines. All A'la Carte restaurants are charged at 5 Euro's per person, well worth trying. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the service staff at beach level restaurant. This really is a great hotel to visit, the amenities are excellent with a beautiful beach a stones throw away. We had room 1302 - fantastic sea view and everything needed to make us very comfortable.
