Everything was fantastic. Receptionist was very kind and wanted to help with everything. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacefool. The hotel is in the city centre. We would defenitily come again.

    Very friendly and helpfull staff, they also gave us visiting advices and info and a free Villach Erlebnis card, which was very usefull for us. Breakfast was excellent and serving was also very good. The building is old but has good isolation and the furniture was of good quality and generally clean. Location is 4 min away from city center and similar distance to Train station. We liked the history of the place and the continuation of the family tradition. We thank you for the hospitality!
