Like the option of sitting outside the room in the front on the provided chair & table (can you do something about the pesky bugs while sitting outside LOL)

The air conditioning on arrival is superb, very important in Broken Hill. The stair case is wide and easy and the hotel has an excellent central location and yet is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and the first floor balcony is excellent, especially for New Year's Eve. Sadly the restaurant, which was outstanding ion past year's, is no more due to COVID.
