Funky decor, great location, family friendly. We stayed in a cool room with two double bunk beds (4 beds in all) just one night but a great location to explore Halifax . Token for free drink is a nice touch too.

Great breakfast...lots of variety. Loved the free parking...not always available in the city center. The bathroom was very nice and the bathtub was SO comfy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The pool was very nice...my grandkids loved it. The location is great to get to anywhere in the area.

Great value hotel in the perfect location for exploring Halifax. No complaints for the price, more affordable than many other places in the area yet it's still good quality.

Location was excellent. Close to the waterfront. The room was adequate for our needs. An older hotel that has been renovated, so the bathroom was older, but refreshed. The beds were comfortable.

Location is reasonably convenient for the centre of town. The hotel is very dated and with the exception of the bar there seems very little enthusiasm from the staff. No room service was offered for stays of less than 4 days and even then only after 2 days. Basic facilities in both rooms and hotel as a whole. Buffet breakfast was acceptable but not of particularly good quality. Overall, until the hotel has a makeover and is better managed I feel there are much better places to stay in Halifax for the price paid.

Convenient location on the main road from Halifax airport but outside the city centre, a blessing after a long day. Usual neutral modern-hotel character; rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. There are some interesting historical photos in the common areas, which include a breakfast room and separate serving room. Breakfast ladies were extremely friendly and accommodating.
