I am very satisfied with my stay. I upgraded our room and arranged it on the upper floor. The room orientation is better. After check-in, the room also sent fruit, whatever you need, it is very convenient, there are vehicles coming in and out for free, the feeling of staying in is good! I recently stayed at Echarm Plus in Hangzhou, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The lobby is modern and stylish, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The bed was cozy, and everything was spotless! Highly recommended!

It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere. Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid. Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far. Overall a great property.

The saff is truely wonderful! The hotel is located perfect (less than 2 km to Xihu!), next to a idyllic street with lovely restaurants and shops. The facilities are apparently simplistic but amazing.
