Very unique and charismatic accommodation in a beautiful spot in a forrest with a great scenery. We saw wildlife from the terrace. Waking up with that view is awesome.

The staff were so friendly and made me feel super welcome. This made me feel so reassured seeing as I was travelling alone. The resident dogs were a wonderful addition and kept me company on my walks around the property. The pool was lovely which I had to myself throughout my stay. The cabin was clean and homely. The bed was so comfortable I slept wonderfully. I was awoken with bird song which made my morning and grounds of the property are great for a hike. If I was on monteverde again I would stay here no question. Peace and tranquility

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent as were the waiting staff. The view from our room was really amazing.

The view, the beautiful grounds, great room with private patio and hammock. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very convenient there's a night tour you can join just from the reception, within 10 steps you are in the jungle. Very suitable for kids, they have high chairs, toys, little bycicles.

Good location, great views, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Every morning so many birds in the trees outside would wake us up with their chirping. So many beautiful birds: parrots, tucans, etc. Make sure to bring binoculars to see them. This was a bonus.

This hotel property is absolutely stunning. The balcony in room 25 looked right out to the volcano and each morning we'd see varieties of birds, rainbow and yellow toucans included. We even heard the roars of howler monkeys!

just amazing! there is no other ward to describe our experience. the staff was very polite and helpful, the apartment gorgeous and functional, the restaurant and the pool are just perfect. The cherry on the cake is that the apartment is exactly in the jungle and if you wake up early you can see a lot of animals. they have a frog sanctuary inside the complex and organize night tour. the staff was so good and Ector the waiter at the restaurant made our meals very special. i forgot to mention that there are so many excursions and things to do just 5 minutes away!
