Only some footsteps away from the Guggenheim, not more than 20min along the river to reach the old town. Friendly and kind staff all around the hotel (reception, bar, cleaning staff). Modern and chique but not too much luxury. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers many options for every taste (fresh eggs and pancake included, vegan and gf options). Will definitely book again.

Great location right above the bus station, offering direct access to the airport as well as buses and metro connections to surrounding cities (e.g., San Sebastián). The metro is right there and a tram that take you directly to the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. Alternatively, the Old Town is also accessible by a 30-minute walk if you prefer exploring on foot. The hotel is clean and offers nice city views, especially from the 10th floor. Rooms on the other side feature mountain views — higher floors are recommended.

The location of the property was amazing, right above the bus station, metro and Renfe train station. The hotel was newly renovated and was therefore very modern.

I stayed at zenith in Bilbao and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect stay in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Nice lobby area with lovely views and plenty of room. Booked a deluxe room and I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Lots of dirty marks/stains on the laminate flooring and overall way too much laminate furniture/fittings didn’t give a luxury feeling. Bathroom was nice and of good quality. Deposit for pool towels is a bit low market for a 4 star hotel these days. Good location and easy down hill walk to the old town of Bilbao which is fabulous.
