The room was very nice. Clean and tidy. Bathroom great. Close to the carpark and easy to access. The bar and reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast. The food was great. We were heading to Heathrow, and it was only an hour forty minute drive away. Perfect.

    Great rural location, the food was lovely, the staff were amazing and looked after you and the property is beautiful with some modern touches. Lots of parking, lovely buildings and gardens, accessible to the motorway and Northampton where I was working - definitely stay again

    Location is excellent 👌 being about 10-15 minutes walk to centre of Northampton. In lovely surroundings near a park and the River Nene. Room was modern and clean. Continental breakfast at the weekend was good value for money and good quality 👌
