From the moment we entered the hotel, we encountered a very kind and caring staff. They helped with everything. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very very good. The location and the beach were great. I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you very much.

Very convenient location (5 minutes from Chios airport and a few minutes from the harbor promenade which I'd indicate as the city center. Staff very professional and kind, a special mention for Labrini (not sure about the spelling) and Nicole at the breakfast buffet. This latter is very rich with local and international options. Grecian Castle is quite a modern property, especially in the pavillion where our room was, which was recently built. Very high value for money ratio !

    The location is very convenient. Easy to get to from both the airport or the port. Communication with the hotel was very easy. They responded quickly and were able to accomodate an extra child bed. On check in, staff was very kind and welcoming. They were helpful with calling a cab. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive with a lot of options. Buffet wasn't amazing, but perfectly adequate. Food ordered from the restaurant was surprisingly good and portions were enormous.

    Well located hotel with very helpful staff, made up of several different buildings. We booked the central building but got "upgraded" to a more distant one which looked ok but not 4 stars. Only 4 parking spots, with few more available on the street and many more in an unpaved location nearby. Did not try the restaurant.
