First thing to say - I arrived well early owing to outbound flight. Front desk allowed me to store my baggage and provided me with a WiFi block there and then. This is an exceptional piece of kit that really helped me out a lot during the trip and, whilst staff told me it is common thing, it is the first time I have ever had been provided this anywhere - and I get around a bit. I came back and checked in, easy, some helpful tips. Staff friendly. I have a card from Jospehine who assited me on check out too but they were all good. Room has fridge, rain shower and a safe, and the usual bathroom accoutrements. Air con is very fierce! This will be a godsend in summer months however i switched it off as way too cold for me. Lots of mirrors - mirrors, stylish furniture and adeqaute storage. Nice little room, 22nd floor. Comfy bed and, usefully, 4 different types of pillows with differing hardness / softness etc. Coming and going is easy, elevators to the rooms require card access. Only visited lobby [8th floor] upon check in and out - otherwise coming and going as you want is fine. Good convenient location - can be rowdy on the ground, but not UK rowdy, - so all safe and well policed. About 300-400m from Central Station and Taxis are everywhere.
