Elsa ar the reception was amazing. We reserved 2 rooms without being able to choose connected rooms. She gave us connected rooms after arriving there. Our daughter has some issues with her tummy due to some food from another place. They were very helpful in making the food exactly as we requested for her. During the night she puked in bed, the cleaning staff was very helpful with cleaning the bed and the room. The place is bussines oriented, but it is also a great option for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. We couldn’t go outside to visit because the pollution index was very high and our daughter is sensitive, but the hotel is also close to the old Dutch city and pretty close to the port…. From what I saw from the grab.

I love this accommodation!!! The receptionist Leony gave us a FREE room upgrade which was very generous and kind. This hotel is glamorous and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The gym was a lovely touch and we used it to get a small workout in. Nice location and excellent staff!
