Breakfast is divine. A healthy selection of fruit, yogurt, juices and the most inviting selection of pastries. I loved the grounds and patios - so beautifully decorated with large pottery urns overflowing with blossoms. I loved listening to the bees buzzing and the birds singing when I first wake up of a morning and seeing all the colourful blossoms - particularly the brilliant bougainvilleas.

This eco-friendly property is set in the lower Salento countryside, between 4 and 5 km from the beaches of Torre San Giovanni, Lido Marini, and Pescoluse.

We spent a week at this beautiful resort and absolutely loved everything about it – the place, the people, and the food were all wonderful.
