i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

I spent my honeymoon at Mateus and it was perfect. Very clean, calm, and cozy. The manager Zein also sent us breakfast on our last day as a gift from the hotel. Loved it!

    Modern design, clean, friendly staff (special thanks for Zein for his ultimate cooperation), location close to the sea side road (where there are several resturants and swimming pools by the beach) walking distance of 10 min, and if you have car it is also clos to several attractives (Jounieh, TalFrek, Jbeil, Kaslik..etc). Highly recommended and value/price effective.
