The staffs are very friendly and responsible. When my flight delayed, the staff waited us till 12am midnight for checked-in. Excellent Services. The facility for family are really good. Kids can spend whole day in Rain Tree Residence Hotel.

For the price this is a great hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is only a few minutes drive from the national park, the room size is excellent, and the surroundings quiet and relaxing. The included breakfast provided a good selection of Thai and western options. Would definitely stay here again for this price.

The room is very wide and have all amenities. The view of the mountain from the balcony is stunning and greenful. The breakfast is also over my expectation.
