The staff were friendly and helpful. Bell staff were amazing, front desk too. We arrived early and they were very accomodating to us and made sure we were as comfortable as we could be before check in was available. The location is close enough to attractions but offers a nice feeling of calm because it's not in the centre of all the excitement, when the ligts of vegas became too much it felt like a welcomed escape

There is not much to stay other than perfect! MGM is just the place to be in Vegas. The staff is so nice and welcoming they really want you to have a great stay. Rooms are awesome and housekeeping asks every morning how you are doing and wishes a nice day. They really all go above and beyond. I would come back any time.

    The friendly environment of this casino makes it so special. Large arcade area for kids and teens with roller coaster access and energetic night vibe in the entry streets to New York were super fun. We liked the food in the sports bar for breakfast and the Pizza place was delicious. The rooms were modern and easy to access. We were upgraded to jacuzzi suite for a small price near our teens' room. The Asian restuarant was excellent quality but a bit pricey. Overall a wonderful stay!!!

    This is a handsome hotel with high quality and modern rooms and facilities. The entrance is particularly striking. The location is great for us because we are typically visiting relatives who live nearby. They upgraded us to a very large room this time, which wasn't even necessary.

    Location suits us. Have stayed here several times for the location ,the quality and pricing of the rooms. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room - did not have the King sized bed that we booked but after we stayed one night we forgot about that.
