He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.

The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

Xiao Mei is a great host and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. We stayed in a pod and the view of the forest from our bed was amazing. The pods are a short 2-3 minute walk away from the main area so you feel the seclusion and it’s great. The room was clean and on top of that the food was excellent. The hotel is located 500 steps from a small village which has a few nice restaurants and a supermarket. Very convenient to get to ZJJ national park too.
