The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to New International Expo Centre. Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name

The staff supported us through the whole process. We’re so grateful! The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the tea at reception was a lovely touch. Thank you for everything!
