A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

The hotel is on a hill next to a place where many tourists come to watch for sunrise. Our rooms are very big and have great view to the old town. We can just watch sunrise from our rooms.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hotel is absolutely amazing. I am travelling the world woth my son and this trip was the best we ever had. We ended up staying longer. The host is amazing. She keeps in touch by wechat and she answered all our requests. She made our stay so much easier! The room is really spacious with comfy beds. The view is outstanding. I miss my mornings, when I just stared out of the window on the ancient city rooftops. The location is great- very centrally located yet you just make 1 turn from the buzzlin street and it's absolutely quiet. We had best nights there. Also during the whole stay i never locked the room and we were out till late. This is how safe it is. Priceless. I am the host myself and usually approach the hotels with high demands, but this time there was nothing to complain about. I purely enjoyed everything.

The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and speak very good English which is rare even in bigger cities and more expensive hotels, so very unusual that both have excellent English. The reception staff alone make this hotel a solid choice if you don't speak Mandarin and will need help finding your way around or booking cabs, finding restaurants and other places.

We love the hotel ambiance, peaceful and cute. It was so zen. The owner can speak English and very accommodating. Her recommendation on food was excellent. The room is big, clean and full facilities.

The decoration is exquisite, the location is superior, located on the quiet side of the old city, about 5 minutes' walk from the main road. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the host Jacky was friendly, responsible, considerate, and reasonable. Efficient service: Whether it is helping us coordinate the transportation of luggage from the main road, arranging breakfast every day (and providing takeaway bags when we have to leave early), or helping us arrange when our team arrives separately. I am really grateful for her patience and help, especially for my repeated questions about Mandarin Chinese! This makes the whole process smoother and more enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy, beautifully designed, and the bathroom is fully equipped. Please note that this family includes two children who live downstairs (they behaved very well and we did not hear them during our stay), and on the second floor there is a tea room and a gym in addition to the guest room. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, as well as a small lounge area. There are also many delicious places near the old city.

The location is quite good, the room is clean, and it's quiet at night. If I have the chance to come back, I would still choose this place.
