The hotel is very very luxurious. And of course price wise is not very cheap. But we love the location and also inside hotel very very nice.

They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.
