Free WiFi access is available in this hotel. What a magical place. Beautiful property with wonderful staff and a great view of the volcano, when it appears! It was perfect for our two families with teenage kids with the pool, hot tubs, ping pong and pool table. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and coffee/cookies on tap throughout the day was a hit. We loved the night frog tour and being able to walk to the waterfall, and town is just a short drive away. Highly recommended.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.

Very good eat-as-you-want meals. We were picked up at the bus stop in La Fortuna which was very helpful.
