The beach and the water were clean, thanks also to frequent cleaning. The pool was a fantastic alternative to bathing in the sea. The massage services were soooo good! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Often, we would have short and friendly chats with other guests. We found they had an excellent way of treating you like a guest, neither imposing friendship nor treating you like a client from whom to squeeze the money. Our stay was enriched by the deeper conversations we had, which revealed the hotel's commitment to more than just profit. We learned that the hotel is not just a business but also a platform for personal growth, especially for the young women of the surrounding villages. It's a place where they can learn from client interactions and use these experiences as a stepping stone to shape their own lives. As one person put it, it's as much a social endeavour as it is an economic one.

For your comfort, you will find slippers and a hairdryer. We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise. Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care. Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

The Banyu has 2 outdoor swimming pools with a water slide, a relaxing sauna and a modern gym. Nirwana Gardens is an exceptional resort, I love spending a few days there, the staff war very friendly, meals in the restaurants were delicious and the pool / beach was also a very nice place to be. The villa was very spacious inside, with all what we needed for our stay. It was surrounded by well maintained garden, in the resort itself there were possibilities for sport activities and also the option to book a trip outside the resort.
