The staff at reception was helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions, had lost items, needed taxis, etc. They always had smiles to welcome us and went out of their way to smooth over the very few little issues that arose. The bar staff and housekeeping were was also terrific. The location couldn't be better. We walked almost everywhere. Very pleased with everything about the Chancery.

The ambiance, feeling of History, cleanliness and orderliness Breakfast was freshly made and delicious Service in the bar was exceptional. We had a luncheon function at the castle. It was superb. + 100 people and the food was delicious and hot.

Breakfast has gluten free options and healthy smoothies, it was really nice. The service was polite. The room was very cozy and comfortable, felt like home. I will definitely come back to this amazing hotel.
