The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful (they help us to ship our suitcases to the next city in Japan). Breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options, even sparkling wine for a cheeky morning breakfast glass. The main hall combines style and privacy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.
