The accommodation offers a fireplace. We stayed at this accommodation for two weeks and were absolutely satisfied. The house is modern, very clean, and cozy — perfect for two people. Everything you need is available: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom. Outside, there's a pergola and a grill, with firewood provided. The apartment has large windows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature throughout the stay, while still ensuring privacy — you can't see inside. There are curtains in the bedroom. The owner is kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect — a peaceful and serene spot about 300 meters from a lake, where you can rent a kayak directly from the owner. The nearest store is about 5 minutes away by car, or you can take a lovely one-hour walk along the lake. We tried several accommodations during our stay in Sweden, and this one was by far the best!

The apartment is well equipped both for short and long stays, washing machine was much appreciated. Paid parking on site, across the pier it's a bit cheaper. 24/7 automated shop on site. We have been going to the city by car so I can't comment on available transportation options.

It felt like we had front-row seats to the city’s celebrations, all from the comfort of the hotel. Adding to the experience was our time spent at the rooftop bar. The ambiance was perfect for ringing in the New Year, with a selection of drinks that catered to all tastes. It was a great place to relax and soak in the festive atmosphere. The next morning, we were greeted with an extensive breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food available were impressive, catering to a wide range of dietary preferences and tastes. It was the perfect way to start the new year. Lastly, the ease of checking in and out added to the seamless experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure our stay was hassle-free from start to finish. In conclusion, my stay at Clarion Draken was a delightful experience, combining comfort, luxury, and festive cheer. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a special New Year’s Eve in Gothenburg.
