Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens, Ban Sainai Resort- Aonang's Green Resort features cosy cottages and an outdoor pool, a 5-minute ride from Ao Nang Beach. It has a tour desk and free Wi-Fi, which is available in all areas. Amazing resort. The bungalows are large and comfortable and the breakfast was the best of our trip. It is a little bit away from the beach but we appreciated the quiet atmosphere and there were a few really good thai restaurants nearby. They offered a beach shuttle if needed but we did not use.

The service from the staff was exceptional; they went the extra mile and were always friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the hotel, which truly is a hideaway from the busyness of Krabi Town and Koh Nang. The fresh seafood was delicious, and I loved having the Vongole, knowing the clams were collected from in front of the hotel. The accommodation was very comfortable, the pool superb, and there were so many places to sit and contemplate, drink cocktails or look over to the Krabi cliffs and islands, including Chicken Island, which we had visited the previous week on a four-island tour. The garden is colourful and lush, with orchids growing on the trees. Anyone wanting to get away from it all but still be within 20 minutes of Krabi Town should consider this resort. It would also be a wonderful place for a honeymoon, and I hope to visit again.

It was honestly a joy to open the curtains each morning to the stunning surroundings. The staff are really what make it though. They were so attentive, kind, and helpful, and really made us feel special. To add to this, there are so many nice details that the owners have thought of - like the Keereen robes and beach bags for each guest. It made it feel like a five star boutique experience.
